المقادير

1/4 كيلو من القمح المقشور
كيلو و نصف لبن
3 ملاعق كبيرة نشا4 الى 
كوب و نصف سكر
1/4 كوب ارز
فانيليا
(قرفة للزينة (اختيارى

الطريقة

نغسل القمح جيدا و نصفيه و يوضع على النار فى كمية ماء مناسبة و نتركة يغلى لمدة 10 دقائق ثم نصفيه مرة اخرى و نضعة فى  كمية ماء مناسبة مرة اخرى على النارو عندما يغلى جيدا نضع الارز و نتركه حتى ينضج تماما ثم نرفعه من على النار و نتركه لمدة 3 ساعات 



بعد ذلك يوضع اللبن فى ايناء على النار ماعادا كوب واحد منه نضعه جانبا لنذيب به مقدار النشا ثم نضع القمح المسلوق على اللبن و نضيف عليه السكر و نقلب من وقت لاخر عندما يغلى المزيج نذوب مقدار النشا جيدا فى اللبن ثم نصبه على المزيج ببطء مع التقليب حتى يصبح سميكا نوعا ما ثم نضع قليل من الفانيليا و نقلب ثم يرفع من على النار و يغرف فى الاطباق و نزينه بالقرفة


و يقدم و بالهناء و الشفاء 


A delicious and nutritious dessert from middle east especially from egypt it's called 'Ashura' which named after an arabic day , it's a wheat pudding using peeled wheat and milk.

Ingredients

1/4 kg peeled wheat 
1,1/2 liter milk 
3 to 4 tablespoons corn starch
1,1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup egyptian rice
vanilla 
cinnamon for garnish (optional)

directions

wash and filtter the wheat well , put in proper amount of water and put on fire and let it boil for 10 minutes and filtering again and put in proper amount of water again and put it back on fire after boiling well put the rice and leave it until done , turn off the fire and let the wheat for 3 hours 
after that put the milk in a bowl and boil it except on cup of the milk let it to dissolve the corn starch , now put the wheat in milk and add the sugar stir every now and then , after the mixture is boiled dissolve the corn starch in the cup of milk well and pour it into the mixture slowly with stirring until it become almost thick then add the vanilla and stir well ,
after that remove the mixture from the fire, 
and put it in dishes , dicorate it with cinnamon if you want.
